01. The Challenge

  1. The SRPMIC website was slow, cumbersome, unscalable, not mobile-friendly and did not match the SRPMIC brand
  2. Various applications needed to be architected and developed for operational support, tactical direction and strategic oversight
  3. The Project Management Office (PMO) lacked proper organization and was insufficiently staffed resulting in project delays, task and ticket management issues as well as quality control issues

02. The Solution

  1. The Parsus team converted the existing website into a responsive, CMS-based, high availability and secure solution to ensure scalable and sustainable growth
  2. Parsus provided both architectural as well as development guidance and staff to fill the gaps related to a myriad of operational, financial and decision-support applications
  3. Parsus provided both guidance and recommendations for organizing and staffing the PMO office

03. The Result

  1. The new website has near five-nine uptime and tens of thousands of visitors monthly on mobile, desktop and tablet devices; dozens of content based changes and enhancements are made daily
  2. Applications architected, designed and developed by Parsus manage a variety of initiatives ranging from tactical to strategic applications
  3. The PMO office along with the IT department now have some staffing that was provided by Parsus
